    Q: When will I receive my order?

    Almost items posted on our website are on hand (unless otherwise stated) and will be shipped within 24 hours. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

    Shipping normally takes 2-5 business days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days outside Metro Manila.*

    *Please be mindful of possible delays during holidays.

    Q: What types of payment do you accept?

    To be able to provide you with the most risk-free payment method, we offer Cash-on-Delivery anywhere in the Philippines. Please take note that there are several provincial areas that Cash-on-Pickup is the best option. 

    If you're purchasing something as a gift or simply want to pay in advance before shipping, contact us so we can arrange it for you.

    Q: What is your return or refund policy?

    We do not offer refund. However, in cases of damaged product or wrong item, our return policy lasts 7 days from the time you received the item. If 7 days have gone by since successful delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any shipping fee incurred when returning the item to us is shouldered by the buyer.
